BRUDERSCHAFT

BRUDERSCHAFT (“brotherhood” in German) is a charity-based futurepop "supergroup" founded by Arkana in 2003. Over the last 20 years, the collaborative project has featured contributions from RONAN HARRIS (VNV Nation), STEPHAN GROTH (Apoptygma Berzerk), SEBASTIAN KOMOR (Icon of Coil), DANIEL MYER (Haujobb), TOM SHEAR (Assemblage 23), JOAKIM MONTELIUS (Covenant), DANIEL GRAVES (Aesthetic Perfection), STEFAN NETSCHIO (Beborn Beton), P-O SVENSSON (Colony 5) and many others.

BRUDERSCHAFT released their first single, Forever, on ALFA-MATRIX RECORDS in 2003. The song was an emotional tribute to Arkana’s father, who lost his battle with cancer. The more than two dozen remixes of the song include those from FRONT 242, CAMOUFLAGE, FEINDFLUG, ANGELS & AGONY, THE RETROSIC and MELOTRON. Ten years later, the project released Return, an EP with new original material, also on Alfa-Matrix.

The RETURN EP atop the Deutsche Alternative Album Charts (DAC), Week 03 2014.
